Story with A Bear Pose

Taking a course by David Colman. Trying to put more story that adds life into my drawings/character designs. I initially design the bear in the middle of the 3 first, pose B, while thinking of the A and C pose. Thinking of how he got there in pose B and what he'll be doing after. This bear was hungry and was going to grab this apple that was on the ground in pose A. Then looks up as he has the apple, looking around curious to see if he is caught before biting the apple in the last pose, C. Still in pose C the bear is feeling cautious in the pose if anyone has noticed as he eats the fruit. This is telling a bit of story in the poses.

I had some real reference while designing the bear. Trying to stylize it.

I also did some color rendering learning a little from David Colman.
